Hand-holding support in the functioning of the IC                                    

Conduct awareness events and workshops from time to time                           

Provide counselling and conciliation on POSH related issues and cases as and when required                                                           

Assist the IC in conducting Inquiry / Investigation                                                 

Plan and conduct quarterly meetings                                                               

Ensuring the proceedings are happening according to the principles of natural justice Assist in filing of Annual Reports (mandatory requirement)
